How does Inward work?
Inward provides messaging-activity analytics — metadata insights for the phone numbers you add. You'll see session counts, last-active times, and weekly activity patterns. The app does not access or store the contents of private messages.
Is my data private?
Yes. Phone numbers you add are stored locally on your device. All network requests use HTTPS. See our Privacy Policy for the full data handling description.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → select InwardCancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Inward purchase, and request a refund.
I'm not receiving notifications.
Open iOS SettingsInwardNotifications and make sure they are enabled. Also make sure Focus / Do Not Disturb is off.
How can I delete my account or data?
Email support@getinward.online with the subject "Delete my account" and we will remove your server-side records within 30 days. To remove locally stored data, uninstall the app from your device.
Restore Purchases is not working.
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Open Inward → tap the paywall → tap Restore at the top right.
The app crashes / a feature is broken.
